LMSW Clinical Supervision in Austin, Texas
As a board approved clinical supervisor, I provide clinical supervision services for LMSW’s seeking to obtain LCSW licensure. As you may know, LMSW’s spend 3,000 hours working toward their license in addition to attending supervision once weekly. Choosing a clinical supervisor is a really important decision.
As is true with my clients, emotional safety is a priority in clinical supervision. I’m dedicated to having a supervisory relationship that is conducive to learning and growing. Professional boundaries are a significant aspect of that relationship, as they contribute to the sense of safety needed to grow both personally and professionally.
Having supervised clinicians in a variety of settings, I value the opportunity to now offer supervision toward LCSW licensure. My approach is highly relational, drawing on attachment theory, neurobiology and systems theory. I work from a holistic perspective that acknowledges the mind/body connection and is respectful of individual differences. Feel free to read more about my services and specialities.
Please contact me with any questions you may have concerning supervision or to set up an initial meeting time. Having an initial ‘get to know each other’ meeting is a good way to decide if it is a good fit for both.
